Kenneth L. Funderburk graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law and has been practicing law in the State of Alabama for over 45 years. He is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Robert Lane graduated cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and has been practicing law in the State of Alabama for over 30 years. He is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the United States Supreme Court.
Eric B. Funderburk graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jones School of Law and a Masters of Laws from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. He has been practicing law in the State of Alabama for 15 years and is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He served for 12 years as Russell County District Court Judge, including 9 years as the Russell County Family Court Judge.
